There were so many different 3 person saunas out there, more than 100 in total, in fact! Going through these took a little time but I found some of the best 3 person saunas out there. Most of these didn't have that many reviews but had tons of features and looked spectacular to boot.

The JNH Lifestyle (Joyous) 3 Person Infrared Sauna...
The Joyous (three Person Sauna) by JNH Lifestyles has eight heaters in total that use carbon fiber technology.
The heaters are efficiently positioned with two each for the shoulder and leg areas, three along the back, and one at the area around the calves. The sauna is built with (FSC certified) Canadian hemlock wood (no chemicals, no plywood) and applies the tongue and groove method for a stronger structure.
Both the dual wall construction and the special safety glass used for the see-through door, contribute in providing better heat insulation.
The two other notable features are the sound system and digital control panel. With two premium speakers plus an amplifier, all you have to do is plug in your device to the auxiliary port to achieve a more relaxing ambiance. While the digital control panel allows for a simpler way to control both the temperature and timer.
The JNH Lifestyle sauna's assembly would take about an hour (on average) and is designed to be done without the use of any tools. It also comes with a long 5-year warranty and a lifetime of tech support.

These heating panels emit softer heat and are able to penetrate the skin 40% more thereby allowing a more effective delivery of therapeutic benefits. Some of these health benefits are lowered blood pressure, joint and muscle pain reduction, improved skin tone and increased blood circulation.
Although it can operate at temperatures of up to 140F, it is most efficient at 120F which also allows the user to stay in longer. The temperature can be controlled with either the interior and exterior control panels. Listening to music is also possible through its built-in dynamic speakers and preamp.
