There were a ton of saunas online these days and finding the most current model that has the best features, feedback, settings, etc. is a daunting task for most people. I looked around and picked some of the best infrared saunas out there for 2017.

The Best 1 Person Infrared Sauna Is....
The JNH Lifestyles NE1HB1 uses six infrared (carbon) heating elements that target the entire body for a more thorough and relaxing experience. The Lifestyles NE1HB1 also comes with an astounding lifetime warranty, which is pretty impressive and offers a great peace of mind as well, in my opinion.
It is constructed from Canadian Hemlock wood (100%) and uses a tongue and groove type of pattern to ensure a better seal and a more solid product in the end.
The NE1HB1 also has a built-in sound system that uses 2 speakers and has an Auxillary input to plug in your mp3 player, a nice little feature.
You will find LED lighting throughout which last longer and use far less energy than any other type of bulbs. You will find one heater at the shoulder height, 2 heaters that warm up your legs, 2 heaters by your calfs and a main heater. All of the heaters in this unit are very EMF models that only emit 0-0.6mg at a "0" distance, a very surprising feature.
The Best 2 Person Infrared Sauna:
The JNH Lifestyles NE2HB1 comes with 7 different carbon fiber infrared heaters and a mini sound system that consists of two speakers, a volume rocker and a built-in 3.5mm AUX input for your mp3 player.
This sauna also has LED lighting throughout, like the other JNH sauna we looked at and is made of the same wood (100% Canadian Hemlock) and the same tongue and groove construction technique. The heaters themselves are designed to be low-no EMF rated as well.
The setup of this unit is pretty unique and makes it go quickly and avoid a lot of the hassles you might encounter from a more complex model. You buckle the panels together and that’s pretty much it, you’re ready to go. It weighs in at around 462 lbs., so have some help handy if you want to move it around or set it up. The dimensions are roughly 40” x 47” x 75”.
Now The Best 4 Person Infrared Sauna
The HeatWave SA2420DX (Tuscon Monticello) is a 4 person models that has a “L” shaped seating area and is made from Hemlock wood. It has a total of 10 different carbon heaters (infrared) that emit low EMF levels (according to the manufacturer).
There are some extra features integrated with this sauna that are quite unique, like the color changing mood light to enhance the visual atmosphere in the sauna and a cd/mp3 player built right in.
You will also find a magazine rack and a couple of towel hooks, which are nice additions that usually are added later on, so it was nice to see them included. As I mentioned earlier, this is made from Hemlock, one of the best woods you can use for a sauna (little to no toxins) and a tongue and groove type of joint is used to joint the wood together.
It is quite heavy, primarily because of the overall size and capacity of the unit and comes in at around 464 pounds. This will definitely require an extra hand for assembly. The HeatWave SA2420DX will operate at a maximum temperature of 141 degrees F.
The Best Portable Infrared Sauna:
The Radiant Saunas BSA6310 has three different (low emf) infrared heaters that are located on the back and sides of the unit, which are controlled by the handheld controller making it pretty easy to control the heat settings, in my opinion.
You are able to choose between five different levels of preset heat temperatures as well, which makes it pretty convenient after you have used it a few times to get that specific temperature you are looking for.
This Radiant Sauna has a 150 degrees Fahrenheit maximum heat setting and even comes with its own built-in thermostat which allows you to see how hot it is getting inside the sauna itself. The Thermostat would actually help you maintain the heat a lot better and ensure that none was escaping at the same time.
You can expect to see a 1 year limited warranty which is offered by the manufacturer and one of the best things about these portable saunas is the fact that they are very lightweight ( this model only weighs about 18 lbs.) and are fairly simple to setup and teardown. The rough dimensions on this particular unit measure 28 inches in width by 33 and a half inches deep and a total of 38 inches tall.
The Best Rated Infrared Sauna...
The JNH Lifestyles 2 Person Far Infrared Sauna comes equipped with seven different carbon fiber infrared heaters that are located on the back, sides and calf area.
The digital controls are also another added feature that I really liked and something that makes controlling the temperature a lot easier and more enjoyable.
You can expect to see the same LED lighting that you would find in all of the other JNH saunas we have looked at as well. The same speaker system is also used in this particular sauna end has two premium speakers, and amplifier and a 3.5 mm auxiliary port to plug in your mp3 player.
This JNH sauna comes with a five year warranty, not too bad considering the price point. this unit weighs in at around 250 lb, not too heavy but will require another person to make things a little bit easier on you when it comes to assembly and actually moving the boxes when they arrive.
